1. Software Usage & License

NodeDraft is provided as a 100% offline visual mind-mapping and diagram tool. By using NodeDraft, you are granted a non-exclusive, personal license to construct visual diagrams, brainstorm outlines, and export JSON/Markdown data.

2. User Data & Ownership

All mind maps, canvas layouts, node notes, and outline texts created within NodeDraft remain exclusively your property. All data is persisted locally on your device sandboxed storage. NodeDraft operates zero cloud synchronization servers.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

NodeDraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are solely responsible for exporting and backing up your mind map data using the built-in JSON and Markdown exporter tools.
